Once again we were privileged to be able to train with Sensei Randall again.
This course consisted of some basics (I am sure that got us all thinking!), freestyle combinations, pair work & Bassai-Sho kata with bunkai for advanced grades.

One of the pleasures of training with Sensei Randall is his approachability - he is always ready to give advice & one-to-one help.
Some of the combinations called for some nimble hand & foot work!
Once again we had a good turn out for the course - thanks to everyone who supported the event, I am fairly sure everyone enjoyed it & found it challenging.
