Congratulations go to Sensei Elliott Thomas who successfully graded to Nidan.
It was a long, hard fought grading and Elliott emerged triumphant having shown strength, power and the determination of a true karateka.
Well done Elliott, from the panel, CFTS Instructors Committee and the students of our federation.
