Once again this was a great event and a spectacular day, with amazing spirit being shown by all who competed. The day went without a hitch and the spectators enjoyed a series of great categories.
This year there was only one Team Challenge match and a Bo Kata category which were both received well by participants and spectators alike. Once again, the spirit of karate-do was everywhere, with everyone showing respect and consideration, and keeping the event sporting and sociable.
If you competed and won, congratulations - if you competed and didn't win, well done to you for entering. To all the juniors who entered, especially those in their first competition, be proud of yourself for your achievements!
A big thank you goes out to Renshi Kidby and the Executive for putting on yet another successful CFTS event and we look forward to next year!
