Due to the pandemic, we have not held an open course since 2019 and now is a great opportunity for us all to get together as before.
Students from all the clubs will be attending; Brickhill, Clapham, Kempston, Newton Longville, Bletchley, Newport Pagnall and Green Park.
The course instructors will be the Senior Club Instructors and will cover kumite, kata, kata applications and weapons.
The course is open to all grades, all ages and runs from 14:00 to 17:00.
The cost of the course is only £10, great value for an afternoon of karate.
PLEASE do your best to attend. If this is a success, it paves the way for more courses next year with external instructors and more.
