Welcome to this Shotokan Karate Website. As well as loads of information on Karate for both beginner and black belt, there is a large amount of information for the Central Federation of Traditional Shotokan (CFTS) Karate Association which operates in Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire.

We have clubs in: Ampthill, Milton Keynes/Bletchley, Brickhill, Bushfield, Newport Pagnell, Clapham, Kempston, Newton Longville, Riseley & Wolverton.
